Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your photography session date. Full payment is due within 30 days of the session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.

Photography Services

We will provide professional photography services as agreed upon in the booking contract. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery and Copyright

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session. We retain copyright to all images but grant you personal usage rights. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate session details, arriving on time, and ensuring all participants are informed about the photography session.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for lost or damaged images due to equipment failure, though we maintain backup systems.
